What Jobs Does a Case Converter Take Off Your Hands?
A case converter rewrites the capital letters in your text without touching the words. Paste a shouting headline, pick lower case, and the sentence reads normally again. Therefore you fix in one click what would take a careful retype.
This text case converter covers eleven styles. Five suit writing, so you get upper, lower, title, sentence and alternating case. Six suit code, which means camelCase, PascalCase, snake_case, kebab-case, CONSTANT_CASE and dot.case sit alongside them.
The work matters more often than it sounds. Pasted copy arrives in the wrong case constantly, and fixing it by hand invites typos. So a converter saves both time and mistakes.
Case is messier than it looks once you leave English. the Unicode report on case mapping explains why some letters refuse to behave.
Title Case Converter Rules Explained
Title case puts a capital on the key words, while short words like of and the stay small. "A Guide to the Best Coffee in Town" follows the rule, whereas capitalising every word gives you the clumsier "A Guide To The Best Coffee In Town".
The small words are articles, short prepositions and conjunctions. However, the first and last word always take a capital, whatever they are, because a title that opens in lower case reads like a mistake.
The Coding Cases and Where They Belong
Programmers use case to separate words where a space would break the syntax. So camelCase names a variable, PascalCase names a class, snake_case suits Python and databases, and kebab-case suits URLs and CSS.

CONSTANT_CASE marks a value that never changes, while dot.case appears in config keys and namespaces. Each one takes the same words and joins them differently, and this converter switches between them without you retyping a thing.
Why Sentence Case Is Not Just Lower Case
Sentence case lowers everything, then raises the first letter of each sentence. As a result "HELLO. HOW ARE YOU?" becomes "Hello. How are you?" rather than one long lower-case run.

A Text Case Converter That Gets the Details Right
Anyone can lower a string. The hard parts are titles, sentences and the coding styles.
Eleven styles, one click
Upper, lower, title, sentence and alternating for writing. camelCase, PascalCase, snake, kebab, constant and dot for code.
Proper title case
Small words stay small, and the first and last always take a capital, which is the rule most converters skip.
Sentence case that reads
It finds every full stop, question mark and line break, so each new sentence starts the way it should.
Your original is safe
The source panel never changes. Convert as many times as you like and undo by picking another style.
Live counts
Words, characters and lines sit beside the result, so you know the length before you paste it anywhere.
Nothing leaves your tab
The text you paste stays put. There is no request, no storage and no log, so drafts stay yours.
Choosing the Right Case Every Time
A few small habits keep your text readable and your code consistent.
- Skip all caps in body text. Capitals slow a reader down and read as shouting. Therefore save them for short labels.
- Pick one heading style. Title case or sentence case, then stick to it. Mixing the two across a site looks unfinished.
- Match your language for code. JavaScript wants camelCase, Python wants snake_case and CSS wants kebab-case. Stick to your team style guide.
- Check names after converting. No converter knows that "iPhone" keeps a small "i". Read proper nouns once before you publish.
- Choose kebab-case for anything that ends up in a URL. Hyphens read as word breaks to search engines, while underscores do not. As a result kebab wins on the web.
- Keep the original around. Convert a copy, not your only draft. This tool keeps your source on screen for exactly that reason.
Case Mistakes That Slip Through
Three problems account for almost every case complaint in a review.
Capitalising every word
Title case leaves little words like of, and, the in lower case. Capitalising all of them reads clumsy and dates a page instantly.
Flattening brand names
A blanket lower case turns "eBay" into "ebay". Check the proper nouns after any conversion.
Mixing cases in code
Half camelCase and half snake_case makes a codebase hard to search. Pick one and convert the rest.
Case Converter FAQ
How does title case differ from sentence case in practice?
Title case capitalises the important words in a heading and leaves articles and short prepositions alone, so it gives you "A Guide to Better Coffee". Sentence case capitalises only the first word of each sentence, which gives you "A guide to better coffee".
How does this case converter handle small words?
It keeps a list of articles, conjunctions and short prepositions in lower case, exactly as a style guide would. The first and last word always take a capital though, because a title that opens or closes in lower case reads as a mistake.
Will the case converter produce camelCase and snake_case for code?
Yes. Six of the eleven styles are coding styles: camelCase, PascalCase, snake_case, kebab-case, CONSTANT_CASE and dot.case. Each one strips the spaces and punctuation, then joins the words the way that style expects.
Will the case converter overwrite what I pasted?
No. Your source stays in the left panel untouched, and the result appears on the right. Pick a different style and the tool converts the same original again, so nothing is ever lost.
Will it fix brand names like iPhone?
No converter can, because no rule tells software that one letter in the middle of a word belongs in lower case. Convert first, then read your proper nouns once before you publish.
Does the text I paste here ever reach a Denwix server?
No. The whole converter runs inside your browser tab. There is no request, no storage and no log, so you can safely paste an unpublished draft or a client document.
