1. Who We Are

Denwix is a Karachi, Pakistan team that plans and runs digital marketing ("Denwix", "we", "us", "our"). We operate the website at denwix.com and provide SEO, content marketing, and web design services. These terms form the agreement between you and Denwix each time you use this site. We have kept them as short and plain as we can, and each section deals with one topic only.

By opening or using denwix.com you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If these terms do not suit you, please stop using denwix.com. These terms cover the website, the free tools on it and any order you place through it. Separate written proposals can add to them for a specific project. If a proposal and these terms disagree, the proposal takes priority for that particular project.

2. Who Can Accept

You must be 18 or older to use the site or to hire Denwix. Using the site confirms that you are old enough under this rule. When you use the site for a company, you confirm that you may commit that company to these terms. If you hire us for a business, we may ask who in the business approves the work. That keeps decisions clear and avoids paying for work nobody signed off.

3. Use of the Site

You may use this site only for purposes that are lawful. You must never harm other people’s rights or stop them from using and enjoying it. You must not:

• Send spam or other unrequested sales messages through the site.
• Attempt to gain entry to any area of the site or the servers that run it.
• Run bots or scrapers to copy or index the site without written approval from Denwix.
• Upload viruses, trojans or any other harmful code.
• Use the site in a way that could harm it, take it down, overload it or slow it.

4. Intellectual Property

Denwix or its content suppliers own everything on this site, from text and graphics to logos, images and software. That content is covered by intellectual property law.

For your own non-commercial use, you are welcome to read and print pages from this site. Copying, sharing, editing, adapting, showing in public or selling any of our content needs our written permission first. Brief quotes that link back to the original page are fine, for instance in a review or a lesson. What we ask is that nobody republishes whole guides or tool pages as their own. If you are unsure whether we allow your use, just ask us first.

5. Services and Quotes

You can buy our fixed-price packages directly on denwix.com. Once you pay, we agree to deliver the work on that package’s page in the time it shows. Other work starts only when we send a written proposal and you accept it in writing.

Denwix may turn down any project it chooses. If we turn down an order you have already paid for, you get a full refund. Unless the proposal says otherwise, a quoted price holds for 30 days from its date. We usually decline a project for only two reasons. Either we doubt we can deliver it well, or it would break the law or a platform's rules. In that case, we tell you why in plain words.

6. Third-Party Links & Advertising

Pages here may link to outside websites and show Google AdSense ads. Those ads work as Google describes in its advertising policy. Denwix links out to help you, not to vouch for those sites. What other sites publish is outside our control, so we cannot take responsibility for it.

When you leave for a third-party site, that site’s own terms and privacy rules take over from ours. We check the sites we link to when we add the link, but pages elsewhere can change later. If a link of ours now leads somewhere wrong or unsafe, please tell us and we will remove it.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Denwix offers the site and everything on it "as is" and "as available". We make no promise of any kind, stated or implied. That includes any implied promise that it is fit to sell, fit for a given purpose or free of infringement. This is a standard clause on most websites. It means the free parts of the site come without a guarantee. Paid work is different, because the package page or your written proposal sets out what we deliver.

We cannot promise that the site will be online at all times, free of mistakes, or clear of viruses and other harmful code. Some content here may also have gaps, be outdated or contain mistakes. We fix errors as soon as we learn about them, and readers often help us find them. Even so, please check anything important before you rely on it for a business decision.

8. Limitation of Liability

This holds as far as the law permits. Neither Denwix nor its directors, staff or agents will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. That covers, among other things, lost profits, lost data and lost goodwill. It covers damages arising out of or in connection with:

• Using this site or its content, or being unable to use them.
• Anyone gaining access to, or changing, your data or transmissions without permission.
• Anything another party does or posts on the site.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the greater of two amounts. This covers any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the site. The first amount is what you paid us for services in the three months before the claim. The second is PKR 10,000. In plain words, our liability stops at what you paid us recently, with a minimum amount set here. This limit does not remove any right that the law protects from removal.

9. Indemnification

You agree to cover Denwix, and its officers, directors, staff and agents, against any claims, losses, damages, costs or expenses. Reasonable legal costs are included in this. It applies when these come from your use of the site or from breaking these Terms & Conditions. For example, you might post someone else's content through one of our tools. If they then bring a claim against us, the costs of that claim fall on you. This applies only to problems you cause, not to our own mistakes.

10. Children's Privacy

Denwix does not aim this site at anyone under 18. We never knowingly gather personal information from people younger than 18. If a child has given us personal data, please tell Denwix so we can delete it right away. Teachers and students can still read our free guides. Reading a public page shares no personal data with us.

11. Changes

Denwix may update these Terms & Conditions at any point, and this page always carries the latest text. Updated terms apply from the moment we post them on this page. The revision date near the top will show when that happened. Using denwix.com after we post new terms counts as accepting them. A change to these terms never alters an order you have already paid for. That order follows the terms of the day you paid. For larger changes, we also show a short note on the site.

12. Governing Law

The laws of Pakistan govern these Terms & Conditions and how they are read. Only the courts of Karachi, Pakistan, may hear a dispute about these terms. Before anyone goes to court, we would much rather talk. One honest conversation solves most problems, so please write to us first if something goes wrong.
