Refund Policy for Denwix Packages
Our refund policy explains when you get your money back for a Denwix package, how much, and how we send USDT refunds, step by step.

1. About This Refund Policy
This refund policy tells you, in plain words, when Denwix gives money back and how. We wrote it so that you can read it once and know exactly where you stand before you buy.
In short, you get a full refund if we have not started, a fair partial refund if we stop halfway, and a free fix if something we delivered does not match the package. The sections below explain each case.
This policy sits next to our Terms and Conditions and our Website Disclaimer. If they ever seem to differ about money back, this page wins.
2. Refund Policy at a Glance
Here is the whole policy in one list. The sections after it give the details.
- Not started yet: full refund.
- Started, then cancelled: refund for the part we have not done.
- Delivered, but something is wrong: free fix, or a refund for that item.
- More than 3 days late: full refund for the unfinished work, if you choose to cancel.
- Delivered in full as described: no refund.
- Ad spend, live links, wrong-network payments: no refund, because no one can take them back.
There is no cancellation fee, and we never keep money for work we did not do.
3. What This Policy Covers
This refund policy for digital services covers every fixed-price package you buy on denwix.com, as listed on our services page. That includes content marketing, link building, on page SEO, monthly SEO, website speed optimization, Amazon PPC and Google Ads packages.
Some projects start with a written quote instead, for example social media work or Meta ads. For those, the refund terms in the signed proposal come first. Where the proposal says nothing about refunds, this page applies.
Our free tools and the free 120-day Amazon PPC growth plan cost nothing. As a result, there is nothing to refund for them. Extra items that you add to a paid order, such as more pages or more links, follow the same rules as the package itself.
4. How You Pay Us
You pay for packages in USDT, a stablecoin tied to the US dollar. You can send it on TRON (TRC20), BNB Smart Chain (BEP20), Polygon or Solana, or pay with Binance Pay.
Because USDT follows the dollar, the price stays the same from the day you pay to the day of any refund. In other words, a package that costs 125.16 USDT gives back 125.16 USDT on a full refund.
After each payment, we email you an order reference. Please keep it, because it makes any refund request much faster.
5. When You Get a Full Refund
You get every cent back in these cases:
- You cancel before we start. Work starts when we begin research or log in to your site or ad account for the first time.
- We cannot take the order. For example, your site is not on WordPress for a speed plan, or the project breaks the rules of Google or Amazon.
- We are more than 3 days late. If we miss the delivery date by more than 3 days and you no longer want to wait, you can cancel for a full refund.
- You paid twice. We return the second payment in full.
Even then, please tell us first. Often, a quick message solves the problem and you still get the work you wanted.
6. When You Get a Partial Refund
Sometimes plans change after work has begun. In that case, you can cancel at any time, and we refund the part of the package that we have not done yet.
To work out that part, we split the package into its listed items or days. Then we count what is finished and what is left. Finally, we send you the sum in writing before any money moves, so you can check it.
Two simple examples
- A 30-day Amazon PPC plan cancelled on day 10 gets back two thirds of the price, because 20 days are left.
- A link building order with half of its links already live gets back the price of the links not yet placed.
7. Refunds for Each Service
Each service starts and moves in its own way. So here is what “started” and “done” mean for each one.
Fixed-price packages
Content marketing
Work starts when we begin research for your first piece. Each finished article counts as done. If you cancel, we refund the pieces we have not written yet.
Link building and monthly SEO
Work starts with the backlink audit or the first outreach. Links that are already live count as done. Therefore, we refund the share of links that we have not placed yet.
On page SEO
Work starts when we first open your site. Each page we have finished counts as done, and we refund the pages that are left.
Website speed optimization
Work starts with the backup and the first speed test. If you cancel after that, we refund the steps we have not done, such as caching, minification or photo resizing.
Amazon PPC management
Work starts with keyword and competitor research. Campaign setup counts as done once the campaigns exist in your account. For the 14-day and 30-day plans, we refund the days that are left.
8. When We Cannot Refund
We want to be fair, but some things cannot come back. So we cannot refund:
- Work we have finished and delivered as the package describes.
- Results that no one can promise, such as rankings, traffic, sales or a set ACOS.
- Ad spend, because Amazon, Google or Meta bill you for it, not Denwix.
- Links that are already live, since we cannot undo a placement.
- USDT sent on the wrong network, in the wrong coin or to the wrong address.
- A change of mind after the whole package has been delivered.
Also, if we wait for access or answers from you, the delivery clock pauses. That wait does not count as a late delivery.
9. We Fix Problems First
If a delivered item does not match what the package promised, tell us within 7 days of delivery. We will then correct it at no extra cost.
For example, if a page we optimized is missing a meta description that the plan included, we add it. If a link is not live as agreed, we replace it.
If we cannot fix an item, we refund that item instead. That way, you never pay for something you did not get.
10. Late Delivery
Every package shows a delivery time, such as 5, 14 or 30 days. The clock starts once we have your payment and everything we need to begin, like access or a brief.
If we run late, we tell you before the date passes and give you a new one. Should we miss the date by more than 3 days, you choose: wait for the work, or cancel. If you cancel, the full refund rules above apply to the unfinished work.
11. How to Ask for a Refund
Asking for a refund takes one email. Send it to admin@denwix.com and include:
- Your order reference from our payment email.
- The transaction hash, or the order ID if you paid with Binance Pay.
- The wallet address or Binance ID that should receive the refund.
- A short reason, so we can learn from it.
We reply within 2 working days. After that, we confirm the refund amount in writing, as explained under partial refunds.
We use these details only to handle your refund, as our Privacy Policy explains. Also, please write from the email address you used for the order, so we know the request comes from you.
12. How We Send USDT Refunds
We send USDT refunds on the same network you used to pay. If you paid with Binance Pay, we send the refund to your Binance ID instead.
Refunds go out within 7 working days after we agree on the amount. We also pay the network fee for the refund, so you receive the full sum we agreed.
Once we send it, we email you the transaction hash. Then you can look up the transfer on the blockchain yourself. If a transfer ever fails, we send it again at our own cost.
13. A Refund From Start to Finish
Here is how a typical partial refund works, step by step. Say you buy the Standard speed plan for 236.29 USDT and pay on TRC20. Then, after we take the backup and run the first test, your plans change.
- Day 1: you email us your order reference, the transaction hash and your TRC20 address.
- Day 2: we reply and list what is done and what is left, with the refund amount.
- Day 3: you confirm the amount by email.
- Within 7 working days: we send the USDT to your address and email you the hash.
At every step, you see the numbers in writing. As a result, there are no surprises, and you can check the final transfer on the blockchain yourself.
14. Wrong Network or Wrong Amount
A blockchain transfer cannot be reversed by anyone. That is why the payment box asks you to check the network before you send.
- Wrong network or coin: the funds usually cannot reach us, and nobody can recover them.
- Too much: we refund the extra amount, the same way as any other refund.
- Too little: we ask you to send the rest, or we return what you sent. You choose.
15. If We Disagree
If you do not agree with our answer, please reply to our email and explain why. A real person reads every message, and we will look at the case again.
Crypto payments have no chargeback, so talking to us is the fastest route. If we still cannot agree, section 12 of our Terms and Conditions sets out the law and the courts that apply. This refund policy does not take away any right that the consumer law of your country gives you.
16. Refund Policy Questions
Can I get my refund in another coin or by card?
No. We refund in USDT on the network you paid with, or to your Binance ID. That keeps the amount exact and the transfer easy to trace.
Can I switch to another package instead?
Yes. If we have not started, we can move your payment to a different package. If the new one costs more, you pay the difference. If it costs less, we refund the rest.
What if my wallet address has changed?
Just tell us the new address in your refund email. Before we send anything, we confirm it with you by email, so a typo does not send your money to the wrong place.
Do I pay anything to cancel?
No. There is no cancellation fee. You only pay for the part of the work that we have already done.
Still not sure about your case? Send us a message through our contact page, and we will explain what applies to you.
17. Changes to This Refund Policy
We may update this refund policy from time to time. When we do, we change the date near the top of the page.
Your order always follows the version that was live on the day you paid. So a later change never takes away a refund that you were already due.
