By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information you give us directly

  • Contact and quote forms — when you request a free quote or SEO consultation, or complete our estimation and ROI calculator forms, we collect what you enter. This may include your name, email address, phone number, business details, and the content of your message.
  • Free tools — some of our free tools (Shortlink Generator, Password Generator, QR Code Generator, PNG to WebP Converter, Private Paste Bin, Image Size Finder, JavaScript Minifier, BBCode to HTML Converter, and SERP Matrix Studio) process the text, links, or files you submit in order to return a result. No account is required to use them.
  • AI-powered tools — our AI Image Generator and AI Voice Studio send the text, prompts, or files you submit to third-party AI providers (for example, OpenAI and ElevenLabs) so they can generate the requested output. See Section 7.
  • WhatsApp chat — if you use the WhatsApp button on the Site, your conversation is handled directly by WhatsApp and Meta under their own privacy policy. We do not store those messages on our servers.

2.1 Information you give us directly

When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain information through cookies, log files, and similar technologies, including:

  • IP address and approximate location
  • Browser type, device type, and operating system
  • Pages viewed, time spent on the Site, and referring and exit pages
  • General usage and interaction data, such as which tool or page you used

2.3 What we do not collect

We do not ask for or knowingly collect payment card numbers, government identification numbers, health information, or other special-category data through the Site. Please do not submit this kind of information through our forms or free tools.

3. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:

On your first visit, a consent banner lets you accept or reject non-essential (analytics and advertising) technologies. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this Site's cookies and local storage in your browser and reloading the page. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies entirely, though some parts of the Site may then not work as intended.

4. Advertising and Google AdSense

  • Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.
  • Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to our Site and other sites on the internet.
  • You can opt out of personalised advertising in Google My Ad Center.
  • You can opt out of third-party vendor advertising cookies more broadly at optout.aboutads.info or, in Europe, at youronlinechoices.eu.
  • Third-party vendors and ad networks may also place cookies through our Site. We do not control those cookies, and their use is governed by the vendors' own privacy policies.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, personalised advertising and analytics are only enabled after you give consent through our banner, in line with Google's EU User Consent Policy.

5. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, operate, and improve the Site and our free tools
  • To respond to quote requests, consultations, and enquiries you submit
  • To generate output from the AI-powered tools you choose to use
  • To display advertising, including personalised advertising where you have consented
  • To measure and improve Site performance, reliability, and security, and to prevent abuse
  • To comply with our legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use the content you submit to our free tools to train our own models.

If you are in the UK or the EEA, we rely on the following legal bases under the GDPR:

  • Consent — for analytics and advertising cookies, and for any marketing emails you opt in to. You may withdraw consent at any time.
  • Performance of a contract or steps taken at your request — to respond to your quote request or to run a tool you have asked us to run.
  • Legitimate interests — to keep the Site secure, prevent abuse, and understand aggregate usage, where those interests are not overridden by your rights.
  • Legal obligation — where we must retain or disclose information to comply with applicable law.

7. Third-Party Service Providers

We share information with the following categories of third parties, only as needed to operate the Site:

  • Google AdSense — serves advertising and may use cookies or device identifiers for ad personalisation, subject to your consent choice. See Google's Privacy Policy.
  • Google Analytics — website usage analytics.
  • AI service providers (for example OpenAI and ElevenLabs) — process the specific input you submit to our AI Image Generator and AI Voice Studio in order to generate your requested output. We do not send them your contact information.
  • Hosting and infrastructure providers — our hosting provider and CDN or security services process data as necessary to serve the Site to you securely.
  • WhatsApp and Meta — if you start a chat using our WhatsApp button.

We may also disclose information where required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Denwix or others. If Denwix is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

8. Data Retention

We keep information from quote and contact forms for as long as reasonably necessary to answer your enquiry and for legitimate business record-keeping, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Content you submit to our free tools, such as paste bin entries or generated images, is retained only as long as needed to provide that tool's function, or as otherwise stated on the tool's own page. Analytics and advertising data is retained according to the retention settings of the relevant provider.

9. Your Privacy Rights

9.1 If you are in the UK or EEA

You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to have inaccurate information corrected, to request erasure, to object to or restrict certain processing, to receive your data in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

9.2 If you are a California resident

Under the CCPA and CPRA you may request to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, request deletion or correction, and opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell personal information for money, but the use of advertising cookies may be treated as "sharing" for cross-context behavioural advertising. You can opt out through our cookie banner or in Google My Ad Center. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

9.3 How to exercise your rights

Email us at admin@denwix.com with the details of your request. We may need to verify your identity before acting, and we aim to respond within 30 days.

10. Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, or under 16 in the EEA and the UK, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children in these age groups. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls. No method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. International Data Transfers

We are based in Pakistan, and our service providers may store or process data in other countries, including the United States. Where information is transferred out of the UK or the EEA, we rely on the safeguards our providers put in place, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. By using the Site, you understand that your information may be processed outside your country of residence.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent version, and material changes will be highlighted on the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the revised policy.
